The terms governing your use of PortoPago services.

Last updated: July 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of PortoPago, a trading name of UP International Ltd. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. Services are available to eligible individuals and businesses subject to identity verification and applicable regulations. Certain services may not be available in all jurisdictions.

3. Identity verification

All customers must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before accessing financial services. We may request additional documentation and may suspend access where verification cannot be completed.

4. Use of services

You agree to use PortoPago only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations. Prohibited activities include fraud, money laundering and transactions involving sanctioned parties.

5. Transactions and settlement

PortoPago does not hold customer balances. You create a transaction, receive a quote, and send funds to the designated account. Once funds are received and compliance checks are complete, PortoPago instructs payment to the beneficiary. Transactions already processed or submitted to the blockchain generally cannot be reversed.

6. Fees

All applicable fees and exchange rates are displayed before you confirm a transaction. Exchange rates are based on market conditions and may change in real time.

7. Liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PortoPago is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays caused by banking networks, blockchain confirmations or compliance reviews.
